INGREDIENTS

For the salad

  • 30 gr. olive oil
  • 5 gr. garlic, minced
  • 25 gr. oniona, minced
  • 25 gr. fresh onions, minced
  • 5 gr. jalapeno, minced
  • 625 gr. corn kernels, cooked
  • 100 gr. roasted red pepper, diced
  • 200 gr. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 10 mL. cilantro, minced
  • salt

DIRECTIONS

For the salad

Mix all the ingredients together. The salad is ready to serve now at room temperature or it may be chilled for up to 24 hours before serving.
