INGREDIENTS

For the falafel

  • olive oil for frying
  • 420 gr. chickpeas, soaked for 12 hours
  • 27 gr. garlic
  • 70 gr. onion
  • 20 gr. parsley leaves
  • 20 gr. coriander leaves
  • 10 gr. cumin
  • 50 gr. flour
  • 10 gr. baking powder

DIRECTIONS

For the falafel

Soak the chickpeas from the night before. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a rough consistency. Shape into 50 gr balls. Heat a frying pan over medium to high temperature and add the olive oil. Fry at 170°C until golden brown on both sides.
