For the falafel
Drizzle the pita breads with olive oil and then heat them up on each side in a hot pan or grill. Place the pita breads on a surface and spread some tahini sauce. Then, place the sliced tomato and the onion and place the falafel on top. Add the yogurt and the rest of ingredients and then wrap.
For the tahini sauce
In a bowl we add the tahini, the olive oil and the chopped garlic and mix. Add the lemon juice and mix.
*Choose contiments and amounts according to your taste. Other condiments may include, roasted eggplant, avocado, zucchini, hot sauces, cucumber etc.
*Alternative we may bake the falafel at 180°C in the oven.
