This term is used to describe all pasteurized, homogenized and frozen mixtures made of fresh cream and sugar, which may also contain milk, milk powder, condenced milk, eggs, fresh or dried fruit, fruit juices, cocoa, chocolate, natural flavors, etc. Ice cream can be kept for many months at -20°C and is ideally served at -12°C.
