INGREDIENTS

For the crispy garlic

  • Garlic cloves, cut into very thin slices on a mandolin vegetable slicer
  • Olive oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Heat olive oil to 140°C and fry garlic until browned and crispy. Remove onto absorbent paper and preserve in an air-tight container.
