For the chicken
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all the ingredients, except for the chicken, in a bowl.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking parchment paper and coat them with the mayonnaise mixture.
Bake the breasts until they become colored a nice gold.
For the tomato sauce
Combine all the ingredients and season with salt.
Refrigerate the sauce for about 30 minutes, before serving it.
