
With distinguished professional training abroad and long experience in prize-winning restaurants and hotels in Greece and France, Dimitris Chronopoulos is a Greek chef patissier – chocolatier who has been recognized both at home and overseas for the quality and creativity of his work.
Collaborations with restaurants such as “Spondi”, “Varoulko” and “Vardis” and his personal distinction as Best Greek Confectioner in Greece in 2005-2006, are just some of the important landmarks in his overall distinguished and successful career.
Since 2007 he has been appointed technical consultant for “Valhrona” in Greece, the top chocolatier in the world and undertakes the training of other professionals in the use of this prized chocolate and at the same time, he offers his services as confectionary advisor to various companies in Greece and abroad. Recently he collaborated with the Pharmaserve - Lilly pharmaceutical company as technical consultant on issues relating to stevia and has created a series of recipes especially for diabetics!
Since October 2013 Dimitris Chronopoulos has been collaborating with TheSeminarProject on a series of confectionary classes which will excite amateurs and professionals alike.
