THE SEMINAR PROJECT by Yiannis Lucacos opens its doors with a small cycle of summer seminars.

Created with a lot of love and care, THE SEMINAR PROJECT is located very close to the chef’s “Psomi & Alati” restaurant and is a space where we wish to welcome cooking and good food lovers so we can cook together, taste interesting products, creative dishes and complete menus that will take us on small culinary journeys.

Every lesson at THE SEMINAR PROJECT aspires to be a distinct culinary experience. The few summer lessons we are offering are a wonderful opportunity for those of you wishing to get a sneak preview!

Within the framework of this avant-première, the fully-equipped workshop is preparing to welcome you to cook under the chef’s instructions. Real, hands-on lessons that will motivate you to put on your aprons and create tasty dishes under the guidance of Yannis Lucacos. Through the recipes selected you will come into contact and conquer the most essential and useful cooking knowledge and techniques.

And that’s not all! An excellent delicatessen that will operate on the premises looks forward to introducing you to its select products and initiating you to wonderful new flavors. Our welcoming dining area is ready to offer moments of culinary pleasure at the end of each seminar.
