INGREDIENTS

For the bruschettas

  • 8 thick slices of country style bread
  • 20 γρ. olive oil
  • 70 γρ. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 30 γρ. feta cheese, broken up
  • 10 γρ. basil pesto (see pantry)
  • 1 garlic clove, cut in half
  • coarse salt
  • arugula leaves
