Όροι & Προϋποθέσεις Χρήσης Gift Card

1. Γενικά

Η gift card μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά στο εστιατόριο και υπόκειται στους παρακάτω όρους και προϋποθέσεις.

2. Ισχύς & Ημέρες Χρήσης

• Η gift card ισχύει από
  Δευτέρα έως Πέμπτη
  Παρασκευή & Σάββατο έως τις 17:00
  Κυριακή από τις 18:00

• ---

3. Αριθμός Ατόμων

• Η gift card ισχύει για τραπέζια έως 4 άτομα.

4. Κράτηση

• Η χρήση της gift card είναι έγκυρη μόνο με κράτηση.
• Η πραγματοποίηση της κράτησης εξαρτάται από τη διαθεσιμότητα του εστιατορίου
• Η κράτηση μπορεί να γίνει:
  • Online
  • Τηλεφωνικά.
• Η gift card πρέπει να δηλώνεται κατά τη στιγμή της κράτησης.
   

Online Κρατήσεις

• Κατά την online κράτηση, ο κωδικός της gift card πρέπει να συμπληρώνεται στο πεδίο
  «Κωδικός gift card».

Τηλεφωνικές κρατήσεις

• Κατά την online κράτηση, πρέπει να επικοινωνείται ο κωδικός της gift card

5. Τρόπος Εξαργύρωσης

• Η gift card εξαργυρώνεται σε μία (1) μόνο επίσκεψη.
• Τυχόν υπόλοιπο δεν μεταφέρεται και δεν συμψηφίζεται σε μελλοντική επίσκεψη.
• Επιτρέπεται μία (1) gift card ανά τραπέζι και ανά επίσκεψη.

6. Συνδυασμοί & Εκπτώσεις

• Η gift card δεν συνδυάζεται με άλλες προσφορές, εκπτώσεις ή προωθητικές ενέργειες.

7. Διάρκεια Ισχύος

• Η διάρκεια ισχύος της gift card είναι όπως αναφέρεται κατά την ενεργοποίησή της

8. Οικονομικοί Όροι

• Η gift card δεν ανταλλάσσεται με μετρητά.
• Δεν παρέχεται επιστροφή χρημάτων σε περίπτωση μη χρήσης.

9. Τροποποίηση Όρων

• Το εστιατόριο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιεί τους παρόντες όρους χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

The gift card may be used exclusively at the restaurant and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Validity & Days of Use

• The gift card is valid:
  • Monday to Thursday
  • Friday & Saturday until 17:00
  • Sunday from 18:00

3. Number of Guests

• The gift card is valid for tables of up to 4 guests.

4. Reservations

• The gift card is valid only with a reservation.
• All reservations are subject to the restaurant’s availability.
• Reservations can be made:
  • Online, or
  • By phone.
• The gift card must be declared at the time of reservation.

Online Reservations

• When making an online reservation, the gift card code must be entered in the field
  “Gift card code”.
• For online reservations, click here.

Phone Reservations

• When making a phone reservation, the gift card code must be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Redemption

• The gift card may be redeemed in one (1) visit only.
• Any remaining balance does not carry over and cannot be used in a future visit.
• One (1) gift card per table per visit is permitted.

6. Combinations & Discounts

• The gift card cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

7. Validity Period

• The validity period of the gift card is as stated at the time of activation.

8. Financial Terms

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No refunds are provided in the event of non-use.

9. Modification of Terms

• The restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
