Preserving biscuit, cookie and tart doughs

You can freeze leftover cookie or biscuit pastry doughs for future use. The same is true of tart dough.

When you want to use the dough again you must allow it to thaw completely.

Biscuits that have already been cut to shape and tart dough already used to line a tart dish can be placed in the oven and baked straight from the freezer.
