INGREDIENTS

For the dish

  • 140 gr. polenta
  • 450 gr. chicken stock (see pantry)
  • 150 gr. milk
  • 50 gr. parmesan, grated
  • 30 gr. butter
  • Thyme, finely chopped
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

For the dish

Place milk and stock in a pot. Season with salt and heat until mixture begins to boil. Add the polenta slowly, stirring with a whisk until combined well. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly with the whisk until the polenta begins to thicken. Remove from the heat and add butter, parmesan and herbs.
