INGREDIENTS

For the French meringue

  • 115 gr. egg whites
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 gr. vanilla extract
  • 225 gr. sugar

DIRECTIONS

For the French meringue

Place the egg whites, salt and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until Frothy. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whisk, then whisk to the desired consistency.
