Garlic: To reduce the intensity of its flavor

Sometimes you may not want the intense aroma of some vegetables, such as garlic for example, in food.

There are various ways you can reduce its intensity.

A quick and easy way is to use olive oil flavored with garlic in your food.

Another way is to boil garlic cloves in milk for 1-2 minutes, strain and repeat the process 2-3 times, using new milk each time.
