For tasty meatballs and burgers

Some advices for making tasty meatballs and burgers, are the following:

Firstly, one must ensure the quality of the raw material, in this case, mince meat.
 It is important to choose a mince meat with enough fat content, at least 20%, otherwise the meatballs or burgers will be quite dry. This is why a mixture of pork and beef mince meat is often preferable.

The mixture must be moist enough
 So moist as to stick lightly to the hands, but also pliable enough for shaping.

After kneading the mixture it is a good idea to leave it in the fridge
 It needs at least 1 hour, so that all the flavors are incorporated.
