Cook pilaf in the oven

Pilaf can alternatively be cooked in the oven, in a covered dish at 180°C for 20 minutes.

If this is an option, I highly recommend it. The result is guaranteed, more ergonomic and easier.

If the stock is absorbed completely and the rice isn’t cooked, add a little more warm stock, cover and keep in a warm place until the stock is absorbed and the rice softens.
