OSSO BUCO

An Italian dish made with veal marrow bones (usually knuckles or shanks) that are cooked with vegetables in a tomato wine sauce. Ossobuco often is served on saffron rice and is sprinkled with a mixture of lemon peel, garlic and parsley.
