Pureed potato: Can i make variations?

Pureed potato can be enhanced with various ingredients, thus creating a new flavor. Some pureed potato variations include the following ingredients:

  • Herbs, finely chopped, such as parsley, chives, thyme, marjoram, etc., or blended, in order to imbue their color, such as plain basil or in the form of pesto sauce.
  • Cheeses, such as parmesan or goat’s cheese.
  • Cured meats, such as bacon, siglino (smoked & cured pork), sausage.
  • Vegetables (pureed or finely chopped), such as leek, celeriac, roasted tomato.
