For the French toast

  • 8 thick slices of country style bread or brioche or tsoureki
  • 350 gr. milk
  • 3 gr. eggs
  • 20 gr. sugar
  • 50 gr. Butter for sauteing
  • salt
  • powder cinnamon

For the bananas

  • 250 gr. bananas, cut into thick diagonal slices
  • 25 gr. butter
  • 50 gr. brown sugar
  • 30 gr. brandy
