SUNFLOWER – SEED OIL

This delicately – flavored pale – yellow oil is effective for sautéing as well as for use in salad dressing and mayonnaise. Often used in the preparation of margarine, sunflower seed oil is highly recommended by dietitians because of its high percentage of polyunsaturated fat, and low content of saturated fat.
