WHITE WINE

Wine made from fermented white or red white – juice grapes. Generally, the skins of the grapes are separated from the juice before fermentation. White wine blends well with mollusc and shellfish dishes, poultry, certain, game birds, ham, veal, and fish. In cooking it is used for its acidity and aromas.
