How to set up for the standard breading procedure

 

See a standard breading procedure, by following the photos order.

 

  1. Place the flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs or its substitute in three containers.

    Between the egg and the breadcrumbs place an empty container with a sieve.

    You will also need a container to place the food after it has been breaded.

  2. Lightly season the flour and egg with salt (optional).

  3. Dry the food well and season with salt.

  4. Place the food in the flour and cover well using only one hand.

  5. Place in the egg, cover well and allow the excess to drip using the other hand.

  6. Place in the breadcrumbs, cover well using the first hand and place in the empty container.

    Place the breaded food in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

    After this step, the food is ready for cooking. All you need to do now is select the cooking method.
